Dear friend, join us in celebrating a major milestone achievement for the "Greater San José Hispanic Chamber of Commerce", the first Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in the United States to be honorerd by receiving the City-State Partners Program from the Export-Import Bank of the United States for the GSJHCC's demonstrated commitment in promoting, through its members and from our City of San José, Capital of Silicon Valley, Exports from California and the United States.
 
 PARTNERS PROGRAM
"The City-State Marketing Partners Program (the "Program") is a cooperative arrangement between Ex-Im Bank and certain Cities, Counties and States (or agencies therof), and/or local non-profits, economic development entities, to promote U.S. exports from such Cities, Counties, or States by use of the Ex-im Bank financial support programs (collectively, the "Ex-Im Bank Programs"), including Ex-Im Bank's working capital guarantees program ("WCGP") and its export credit insurance program".
